Spanish Steps

September 17, 2015 by jessica

Another day, another D.C. post! During a morning stroll past the embassies, Dave suggested we take a short detour to the Spanish Steps in the Kalorama neighborhood. Constructed in 1911, this park is surprisingly secluded and tranquil for being so close to the busy streets of Dupont. I wouldn’t recommend making a special trip to the steps, but it’s a nice stop if you’re in the ‘hood.

If for no other reason than the perfect backdrop for outfit photos it seems the detour was worth it!
