Lately, I’m loving:

  • An over-the-top rhinestone bracelet that dresses up casual weekend garments, like this incredibly soft Everlane sweatshirt. 
  • “After School Boy Blazer,” an inky blue Essie polish I purchased the other day. I then realized that the color is similar to that of my Hermes bracelet and my Jetta. I’m a one trick pony.
  • Orange is the New Black. We just finished binge watching it and I can’t wait for another season. Thankfully, next week’s return of New Girl will keep me occupied.

Samantha Wills’ designs aren’t my usual style, which is exactly why I adore about this boho-meets-vintage-meets-glam line. Entirely self-taught, the native Australian has been called “Australia’s biggest export since Vegemite” and was named a “break out star” by The New York Times in 2011. Despite her rising star status, Samantha is still a down-to-earth gal. She remains the spokesperson for her brand, has a charming blog, and can’t resist salted caramel. What’s not to love? image

This Lilly Pulitzer tunic has gotten a lot of mileage this summer. It’s easy to throw on and looks pulled together on even the most humid days. I’ve worn it to Charleston and D.C. (above), to celebrate the second birthday of our friend’s daughter, and to a client appreciation event at work. It’s become such a staple that I wanted to buy it in this pattern … and then I noticed that the design is made of frogs.

Review: In a Clutch with 3FLOZ

Standing over the sink and squeezing the last bit of my preferred shampoo into a flight-approved bottle is my least favorite part of packing. However, I don’t check a bag, so it’s the only way to avoid hotel soaps and lotions that irritate my skin. Enter 3FLOZ.
