If you had been paying attention to Bauble Bar last month, you’ll remember the whimsical charm necklaces from Samantha Freedman’s jewelry line Samantha Faye. (Who can forget that pineapple? Swoon!) Samantha is a third-generation jeweler who left her career as a lawyer in 2011 to follow in the footsteps of her grandfather, father, and now, brother. I love this wallpaper and really wish I owned a home to decorate with it. “Apartment Beige” walls just don’t measure up to this spattering of spots, especially when a Greek key bookshelf is added to the mix! Even though I’m tempted to buy a roll in anticipation of home ownership someday, a spotted clutch is a probably more sensible (use this one as the inspiration for a cheaper alternative). The key to this look is keeping the accessories classic: an envelope clutch and pointy flats are the perfect companions to this structured cocktail dress from DressFirst. As in the inspiration photo, a swipe of pink keeps it playful.
