STUDY
‘Tis the season for weddings! If you’re planning nuptials, here are some guidelines to make the party a memorable one. Although, I’d skip the pig roast. (True Embarrassing Family Story: My late grandfather owned a tavern. When I was young, he decided to host a family reunion with–what else?–a pig roast. Long story short, the bar set aflame. FITNESS UPDATE
I’ve been sick with a terrible cold for about a week now. The only upside of feeling cruddy and losing my appetite is that I’m officially down 10 pounds since mid-January. The dress I wanted to wear to Dave’s sister’s wedding (today!) finally fits and I’m a lot less insecure about rocking a swimsuit in South Florida next week. I still have another 10 pounds I’d like to shed, but we’ll deal with that after vacation.
