I bought this dress back in January and have been itching to wear it ever since it arrived, so it’s probably not surprising that it was the very first thing I tucked inside my suitcase for our New Orleans trip. I know that interest in off-the-shoulder, cold-shoulder, and peek-a-boo shoulder silhouettes is starting to wane, but I’m still into it when it comes to flirty little numbers like this. The dress sort of reminds me of a Chloé number without the insane price tag. In fact, it’s now on sale for just $36.50! There’s also a green version that’s still full price. I’ll likely add it to my closet the moment it hits the sale section. I have a pair of palm-print flats (sort of like these) that would look darling with it!

What a stunning dress for under 40 bucks. The color, shape and pleats are amazing. Love your cuff and tote too. This outfit was perfect for New Orleans. I am wearing a similar shade of yellow on my blog post, today. =)
I’d love for you to stop by Thursdays and linkup with me. Share your awesome style and blog with me and my readers. Thanks and Happy Tuesday!
Ada. =)
I absolutely love the sleeves and color! That exact color is one of my favorite colors to wear other than hunter green! So cute.

I can’t see the off the shoulder trend going away all too soon, I’m still having fun with it, and I never even thought I’d try it at all! I do love the bold color and playful pleats of this dress. It was definitely the perfect thing to pack for your New Orleans trip!

That dress is gorgeous on you! Love it!
The pleats and color of this dress are killer! I will say I have never been on board with cold shoulder/off the shoulder styles and I will be so. damn. happy. to see them go. This would have been an immediate “add to cart” if not for shoulder situation, but maybe next year’s version will let me add some sunshine to my closet.
You know, with another cold-shoulder dress I have, I just put the top strap on my shoulders and stick my arms above the flouncy part so it lays across my chest like a ruffle. (Does that make sense?) The shoulder cutouts do get annoying at times!
