Weekend Snapshots
- Played hooky on Thursday afternoon and spent a few hours by the pool
- Celebrated the “I dos” of my cousin and his beautiful bride
- Danced in a pair of sparkly heels – and tried to polka for the first time
- Stopped at Green Bay’s Bay Beach Amusement Park to ride the world’s fourth oldest wooden roller coaster and, of course, the ferris wheel
- Added a couple of lovely items to my wardrobe: this ASOS skirt and a top c/o Sway Chic

- Sipping on a Singapore Sling – it’s time for classic cocktails to make a comeback
- A waxy bottle cap from New Glarus’ Wisconsin Belgian Red – there’s over a pound of cherries in each bottle and I’m sure it would make an excellent float with vanilla ice cream
- We went to see Ted on Friday night. It wasn’t very good. If you watched the trailer, then you saw all of the funny scenes.
- Friday afternoon floating in the pool – we were the only two there for hours
