For Home | For You
Even though we can’t do anything about the cold snap, the coral motif on this set of glasses and this dress can help cure the winter blues. (Or at least put chilly thoughts at bay for the weekend.)
Currently Coveting
Right now, I’m coveting:
- Stingray-print pumps in a lovely shade of blue
- Estee Lauder’s spring nail polish collection (I already own the blue one)
- Serious fabric in candy colors, like this Milly dress
- Elephant glasses
- A gold stapler
- The interesting cut of this blue topaz ring by Katie Rowland
In other news, I’m featured on Franish today. Why did I start blogging? What’s my favorite piece of jewelry? Learn more about me here!
Review: Stella Valle Earrings
Let’s get this out of the way right now: I love these earrings. I first learned of Stella Valle earlier this month and admired the brand’s mix of feminine details with strong, masculine elements. This pair of earrings showcases the strong Art Deco influence of its latest collection.
The earrings retail for $125 and are definitely worth the investment. They’re well made and each of the earrings are adorned with 11 attention-grabbing, rhinestone baguettes.
One word of warning: the earrings are heavy. I actually switched out the standard earring back in favor of a plastic disc backing to distribute the weight evenly and prevent drooping. With that simple switch, they’re comfortable for all-day wear. (One of my irrational fears is becoming an old woman with drooping earlobes. Given how much I love big earrings, it’s a very real concern!)
You can learn a bit more about the brand here, where you’ll also find details for a giveaway!

Luxe for Less
Rumor has it that it has been colder in Wisconsin the last two days than in Siberia. I’m not sure how true that is, given that Facebook isn’t the most reliable source, but it’s certainly been frigid. I’d love nothing more than to cozy up with this C.Wonder faux fur blanket, now on sale for just $47.50 with code “EXTRA50.”
